At Beyond Paint, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find details on how shipping works, what to expect, and who we ship with.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We do not mark up shipping costs. You’ll see the exact rate before completing your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted national carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

The carrier used for your order is selected based on package size, destination, and the most efficient delivery option available.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier performance. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized or hazardous items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Beyond Paint is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Carrier delivery errors

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, our support team is happy to help.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Include photos of damaged items and packaging if applicable

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Beyond Paint is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
